By drinking plenty of  water keeps you hydrated and helps to flush out the toxins from the body.Dehydration of body cause bloated face.Drinking plenty of water keeps you healthier and lose fat from face by keeping the body hydrated.
Reduce your fat intake:

Try to reduce intake of fatty foods as much as possible.Don't eat before going to bed.Cut down the salt it can retain more water and makes your face puffy.High consumption of salt may causes to health problems.

Get enough sleep:
